How We Work
We want to know your business.
You will work with a graphic designer from our team to create your graphic(s). To learn more about your business, we will schedule a phone interview in which we will gather the information we need to know about the business so that the finished product accurately represents your business and delivers your brand’s message.
Graphic Design
After we learn about your business, we will submit sample designs for your approval. This is your opportunity to fine-tune the look, colors, etc., and advise us of changes (if any). If you have brand colors chosen, we will incorporate your colors (where applicable) if not, we can help you choose a color palette that reflects your brand story and visual.
Final Product
Once the final look is chosen, we will present you with your files in the appropriate format(s) for either print or digital use.
Faq's
We will learn about your business and the type of graphic you want and need. You will also provide us (if you wish) examples of graphic design that you like. We will then use this information to design your graphic to your specifications to ensure that you love the finished product
The length of time is usually dependent on the graphic and how it takes for you to provide the information we need for the design. The faster we have your specifications and the type of graphic you need, the faster we can have it designed, revised (if necessary) and ready for you.
We use industry standard software including Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe InDesign. All print design are delivered with trim and bleed marks for precise printing. Logos are delivered in multiple formats for both digital and print use. Digital images are delivered precisely sized for social media or other use.
You will have more than one opportunity to revise and create a list of edits for the design we progress. We collaborate with you to ensure that you are happy with the final product.
We may use your design in our portfolio, however, the final product is your own. It is important that you ensure that your designs are kept in a safe place, preferably in a secondary location apart from on your primary computer.
You can contact us at any time if you need your design updated (changes to the text, graphics etc.). We are happy to accommodate your requests to update your designs.
