We have two tiers of backup. For sites that do not add content updates regularly(less than once a month), we can back up weekly. For more active sites and E-commerce websites, we recommend daily backups. Updates for all websites are applied weekly regardless of backup schedule. We also offer backups multiple times per day if needed.
Your website is securely backed up off your own hosting server. We do this to ensure that we always have a clean copy of your website should anything happen to infect your site files. This way we can restore the site with “one click!

You will work with a graphic designer from our team to design your graphic(s). To learn more about your business, we will schedule a phone interview in which we will gather the information we need to know about the business so that the finished design(s) accurately represents your business and delivers your brand’s message.
Design
After we learn about your business, we will submit sample designs for your approval. This is your opportunity to fine tune the visual representation of the design and advise us of changes (if any). If you have brand colors chosen, we will incorporate your colors (where applicable) if not, we can help you choose a color palette that reflects your brand for your design(s).
Final Product
Once the final design is chosen, we will present you with your designs in the appropriate format(s) for either print or digital use.
